Spinnin’ the “real†hip-hop: old skool, new skool, underground, independent, breaks and turntablism. The Beat Suite provides quality hip-hop from the latest underground joints back to the days of the old school. In addition, we promote local independent hip-hop artists and dj’s, producers, and turntablists. Every week we try to conduct a special theme for the listeners such as dedicating a segment to a particular hip-hop producer by spinning all songs/artists that he produced, or maybe playing west cost vs. east coast, golden era cuts, or simply having a friendly Q&A Scratch Session with some of the Bay’s premier turntablists today operating on up to 5 turntables and 3 mixers, hence the Beat Suite. Special guest dj’s weekly and local artists with interviews. Don’t sleep!!!
